SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PROCESSING
All orders are processed within five to seven business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date you order. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched with tracking details included.

TIME ESTIMATES
Our shipping rates and time estimates are as follows:
UK Standard Shipping (5 - 7 business days): £4.99
US Standard Shipping (10 - 14 business days): £9.99
EU Standard Shipping (7 - 10 business days): £9.99
SHIPPING PROVIDER

Items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For Service. If you will not be home for the delivery, you can choose to change the date or time of delivery on the Royal Mail Website

TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cultureville.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES - CUSTOMS

Please note that for customers outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURNS
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must not have any soils, stains or odours.Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage. Please also note that items must be returned with all  tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of your item.

EXCHANGES
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cultureville.co.uk and send your item to: 33 Thornleigh Road, Fallowfield, Manchester,  M14 7RB, United Kingdom.

EXCLUSIONS
Custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Sale items cannot be returned but may be exchanged.

Measure from where the shoulder meets your left arm across your back to where your shoulder meets your right arm

 

  1. Bust/Chest:

Measure under your arms at the fullest part around the bust/chest horizontally



 

  1. Waist:


Measure the middle of your stomach around your natural waistline



 

  1. Hips:


With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum

 

  1. Arms Eye:

Measure around your shoulder socket

 

  1. Arm Circumference

Measure around the widest part of your arm

 

  1. Thigh Circumference

Measure around the widest part of your thigh
