We are happy to refund collection items (not custom made) that you are not completely happy with. Items must not have been worn or washed and must not have any soils, stains or odours.
Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.
Please also note that items must be returned with all tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 33 Thornleigh Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, M14 7RB, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
